It’s been well documented that 2020 has been a year unlike any other. Despite the trying circumstances, musicians have soldiered on, delivering much needed new music to a grateful audience. The uniqueness of this year have given producers across the board new found studio time. The ability to step outside their comfort zones has coincided with that. That’s certainly what Tujamo has been doing this year. While you probably know him best for his massive mainstage EDM singles, the German producer/DJ has been going a little different route this year.
His newest single, “Enough of You” is the culmination of that evolution. “Enough of You” shows a mature side with its introspective vocals. The heavy bass synths evoke the Brazilian bass sound that’s been taking over. No sign of the massive horns that usually permeate a Tujamo track. “Enough of You” follows on the heels of “Taking You Home,” probably his most radio-friendly song to date. “Enough of You” finds a nice happy medium between a pop and a club sensibility. While “Enough of You” would certainly bang over some massive speakers, your socially distanced house party will have to do for now.
