Sander van Doorn Salutes Missing Festivals on New Song “Temper Temper”

2020 has been a rough year, but especially for musicians and their fans. Festivals and live shows are the heart of the dance music community, and while live streams have helped, there’s still a void that can’t be filled. Sander van Doorn must have been feeling the same sentiment, and his new song “Temper Temper” is a perfect end of summer jam that perfectly captures that feeling of a lost summer, but also hope for something new.

SvD has been keeping busy in 2020. “Temper Temper” marks his seventh single of the year. The veteran Dutch producer teams up with Scottish vocalist ONR on this one to create a soothing and uplifting experience. The track starts out with some light synths and some finger snaps as ONR’s forlorn vocals take the forefront. The production makes his voice seem distant and affecting. The drop is smooth and uses a nice synth riff; this is the part of the track that evokes that feeling of sundown at a festival, being surrounded by 30,000 people.

Check out the latest from Sander van Doorn, “Temper Temper” featuring ONR, out now on Spinnin’. This video will hit you in the feels as we’re all missing festivals and shows.
