Not everyone can say they’ve seen an artist grow from the beginning, but having been at Moore Kismet’s very first live show in 2019 and following their career ever since, I got pretty close. From their first release on Never Say Die in 2019, “Mutant,” to now, they have grown and challenged themself and now we get the fruit of it all, Revenge of the Unicorns.
Their first remix since last year, Moore Kismet has created something truly special and not like anything you’d typically hear on NSD. The songs are lush and beautiful while also devastatingly unique and powerful. Comparing “Flair” to “They Changed” alone is enough to see the breadth of style on the EP, but there’s so much more the deeper you dig.
