During quarantine, with all our time inside, many people have taken to new hobbies in lieu of going out. For some reason, an inordinate amount of people have taken to making bread. Sourdough was a popular choice right out the gate, but bread is bread, and the process seemed to have a relaxing effect on its bakers.
We’re more than three months past when lockdown was first issued, but Zeds Dead are finally getting on the dough train with a new series, aptly titled, Zeds Bread.
As DC and Hooks explain, neither of them have ever made bread before, but focaccia is a relatively easy place to start, at least compared to the tedium of maintaining a sourdough starter. 
The video doesn’t have any surprises — so if you’re not interested in watching Zeds Dead make bread for 10 minutes, this is not the video for you. However, if you’re bored on this Saturday morning/afternoon, and you just can’t figure out how to start your day, this pleasant video is as good a place to start as any.
It’s educational, it’s entertaining, and though it’s not really ASMR, it’s definitely not a rowdy dubstep show, either. Check out the video below!
