At this point, it should be no surprise when I tell you that R3HAB just released some new music. Whether teaming up for rave tunes with other producers like Steve Aoki and Timmy Trumpet, or branching out into other genres with up and coming vocalists; R3HAB has been dropping a steady stream of releases this year and checking all the boxes while doing so. Now you can check off movie soundtracks too as R3HAB has teamed up with New Jersey electro-pop group A R I Z O N A for “Feel Alive” on the soundtrack to the animated feature film Scoob!
“Feel Alive” is a super catchy bit of pop-leaning piano house. The vibe of the track is super laid back, but it has all the elements of a summer hit. The production work is very subtle, some light synths and instrumentation in the background while A R I Z O N A vocalist Zachary Charles’s vocals really shine through. The vocals get chopped during the buildup and layered over some classic piano elements. The drop is just pure feel good energy, if you close your eyes, you can see the sun setting at your favorite festival.
R3HAB also dropped a remix for 18-year old pop singer Caroline Romano’s latest track “I Still Remember.” This one definitely falls in line with R3HAB’s more recent pop releases, although this one is technically a remix. It’s another remarkably catchy song. R3HAB definitely throws some more production into this one, but as per usual, the vocals really shine through. The drop makes the whole venture worth it as R3HAB unleashes some vibrant horns layered against bouncy piano notes.
Make sure to check out the latest tracks from R3HAB. “Feel Alive” is out now on Scoob! The Album via Atlantic. It’s actually a stacked collection of hits from EDM, pop, and hip-hop artists alike. The R3HAB remix of Caroline Romano’s “I Still Remember” is available via Hashtag Entertainment.
