The Weeknd and Major Lazer are a perfect match in this new remix of “Blinding Lights.”
The Weeknd’s incredibly smooth, 80s-inspired production is transformed into an dancehall heater perfect for — well, we’d say the dancefloor, but more like your living room (#stayathome) — thanks to Major Lazer. The unexpected collaboration comes together instinctually with just the right amount of flavor to liven up the mix.
“Blinding Lights” has served as a strong second single from The Weeknd’s 2020 album After Hours. The song hit number one in the US and 29 total countries, and has racked up nearly 725 million plays on Spotify since its release earlier this year. 
Needless to say, this is more than a radio hit or a dance hit — it’s art the world needs to hear. In addition, The Weeknd has dropped a remix for “Heartless” with Lil Uzi Vert, as well as some other goodies.
