Today, Duck Sauce — the duo consisting of A-Trak and Armand van Helden — take flight with their overtly funky new single “Captain Duck.”
With everything that’s happening with the coronavirus outbreak, the music industry and the world beyond could certainly use a pick-me-up. The infectious optimism of the Duck Sauce project couldn’t come at a better time.
The press release for “Caption Duck” playfully reads:
When the North Star shines bright, the nautical dance community knows there is only one way to go. They follow their Star, and they follow the Captain. Ships at sea, undulating to the groove. Ducks flying above them, quacking to the beat.
