Like Mike, one-half of the #1 DJ duo in the world, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, is branching out on his own with a brand new single and his own record label. “High Off Love” featuring Angemi is the debut single off Green Room. Green Room will be a vehicle for Like Mike’s growing list of solo releases as well as showcasing new artists.
“High Off Love” definitely shows a different side to Like Mike as he drops vibey electro club banger. Like Mike teams up with Italian DJ/producer Angemi on this track, Angemi has been a regular on DVLM’s Smash the House label and he recently collab’d with DVLM on “K20.” The track has everything from top notch production and sound design, a great vocal track, and a drop that gets you moving.
We’re seeing lots more artists in the dance music world step outside their comfort zone and release music that isn’t necessarily true to form. However, dance music, is all about experimentation and trying new things, Like Mike is no exception to this.
