Alison Wonderland sounds more vulnerable than ever in her latest release, an acoustic version of “Peace.” Accompanied by a soft instrumental, the multifaceted artist and producer puts a delicate spin on her 2019 single to close out another expansive year.
AW continues to break the mold, pushing her own boundaries and setting the bar higher with every release. She’s at a point in her career where she can experiment freely, or strip down a production in this case, and we’re still hanging on every single note. It’s amazing to hear where her head is at going into 2020.
Upon first sharing the live, acoustic version of “Peace” back in August, she wrote: “This is a side of me I’ve always been too scared to show. Thank you to anyone who listens to my music. It allows me to take risks & evolve as an artist.”
