Lots of DJs are known to go back to back at festivals or on tour as a special treat — some do it for a full tour, like Zeds Dead b2b Jauz; others do it as a one-off at major festivals like Amsterdam Music Festival’s II=I concept. That being said, MDL Beast Fest in Saudi Arabia is taking the concept of special back to backs to another level…
The festival offers a number of special pairings: Afrojack b2b R3hab, Black Coffee b2b Marco Carola, Camelphat b2b Fisher, David Guetta b2b Steve Aoki, Salvatore Ganacci b2b Sebastian Ingrosso, and, last but not least, Martin Garrix b2b Tiësto.
MDL is the region’s biggest music event, with a line-up especially curated to showcase headline acts alongside local talent – emphasising the burgeoning culture of electronic music in the region. The event will be held in the brand new and first-ever purpose built festival site in Saudi Arabia. Stage design and production is all based on Saudi influence, to reflect the architecture and heritage of Saudi region, making this sort of the biggest “local” festival in the world.
