The last time Zeds Dead used the #WeAreDeadbeats hashtag, they released a compilation — WE ARE DEADBEATS (Vol. 3). As we near the end of 2019, they’ve just tagged it again with the date this Wednesday, December 4. But, since they’ve been teasing all these collabs over the last year, it looks like we might finally be getting the long promised Zeds Dead x Deadbeats collab album.

This year has been a busy one for Zeds Dead, and Deadbeats, as well. A massive headlining Deadbeats tour plus collaborations with Delta Heavy, Dion Timmer & Delaney Jane, DROELOE, Jauz, and Funkin Matt have meant we’ve gotten more ZD this year than we have in many recent years.
The Canadian duo tweeted back in May, “[Our collab] Rescue is off an upcoming project we’re putting out where we collaborate with a lot of our friends and artists that we play in our sets.” We haven’t heard much about it since then, but the releases have kept coming… could we finally be getting it this week?
Stay tuned to find out what #WeAreDeadbeats could mean.
