If there’s any rising producer out there committed to keeping their creativity flowing, it’s Blinky Ill. Every time we turn around, he’s dropped another original or edit, and one of his latest is turning heads.
“Reigns In SYD” plays off what a girl “should be” — chic, classy, fabulous, sexy, and sophisticated. Obviously, this is Blinky having fun with wordplay, because one of the project’s major mantras is all about being comfortable in your own skin. If that includes being any of the above, it’s just a bonus.
The production rocks a traditional bass house vibe with runway appeal, perfect for the club or staying in and feeling yourself. Alluring vocals make the track hella catchy, but it’s Blinky’s overall delivery that really sells it.
