It’s been just about nine months since we last got some original deadmau5 material. He released four new originals in February on the latest mau5ville compilation, including a new track with SHOTTY HORROH, “Are You Not Afraid.” Now, he’s gearing up to release one of his most sought after tracks, “SATRN.”
Deadmau5 shared a teaser for the track, essentially a glistening, ambient collection of synths and melodies. It’s intensely beautiful and just the sort of deep, complex soundscape that deadmau5 excels at in the studio.
This one won’t likely be the sort of festival tune that “Ghosts N Stuff” or “Professional Griefers” were, but we’re looking forward to it all the same. Check out the teaser below, and pre-save the track here.
