Last month, I had the immense pleasure of visiting Madison Square Garden in New York for the first time — that pleasure was only compounded by the fact that I was there to see Illenium on his new Ascend live tour. But before the main event, Said The Sky, Dabin, and Adventure Club all put on stellar performances of their own.
It was during Dabin’s set as MSG opened and began to fill up that I heard “Hero” for the first time, and let me tell you, the reaction from the crowd was nothing short of electric. Now, the collaboration between Said The Sky and Dabin, with Olivver the Kid, is finally here.
“Hero” is the second collaboration from Said The Sky and Dabin, following “Superstar” from the former’s album Wide-Eyed last year. It’s safe to say this is a brilliant sequel, especially with the wonderful voice of Olivver. You’ll be singing along to “I wanna be a hero!” in no time.
