Released today as part of her insanely eye-opening EP is ‘Paradox’ from LA hailing artist Nala. We were hooked in by her spectacular ‘Gravity,’ which dropped just a week or so back, and she follows it up immediately with the Sirens set.
With four tracks to fully immerse in, we are premiering the softly stuttering ‘Paradox’ here. Rhythmically deft with touches of guitar and percussive drum snatches carve out tangible texture and offers up another side to Nala’s production prowess.
She says of the full project: “It took me a long time to complete this project. Primarily because I was learning the entire process by myself – everything from discovering my ‘sound’ to finding collaborators to determining what a good mix and master sounds like for me. I’m excited to have gone through this process and learn so much about what it takes to write an EP, and I’m happy to finally be able to share myself with people.”
