Illenium Teases Final Single Before Full Album Drops, “Blood” with Foy Vance
Illenium’s third album Ascend comes out August 16, but fans are getting one last single before the full album comes out. This Friday, he will release “Blood” with Foy Vance (note: not Vance Joy, easy mistake).
“Blood” features delicate guitar chords against Illenium’s classic future bass synths and drums, coupled with Vance’s haunting vocals. The drop is one of the heavier ones on the album, pushing his own take on the midtempo craze of the past two years.
