Cloverdale have arrived with their Talk To Me EP, which features four tracks of booming house brilliance!
Jumping right into it, the title track “Talk To Me” screams its message out loud with mad rhythm and bruising LFO. It’s obvious these guys are playing by their own rules and we’re here for it. With this intro, Cloverdale instantly conquer the current house scene and there’s still three more tracks to get through.
“Fun Chungus” keeps the eccentric momentum flowing with Cloverdale’s distinct energy, riddled with oddball blips that provoke percolatin. “Watchu Wanna Do” confidently glides onward with steady synth motion as sly lyrics feed off the vibe. Last but not least, Cloverdale and ASUR wrap it up with a “Dangerous” collaboration that rocks powerhouse bass and no shortage of quirk. 
The Talk To Me EP couldn’t have landed at a more opportune time. The duo was recently featured in DJ Mag’s Bubblin’ — fresh acts rising to the top. Meanwhile, The Prescription Records stays pumping out insanely fresh records like there’s no tomorrow.
As a form of industry hazing, fellow producers Dr. Fresch, Masteria, Birthdayy Partyy, and more jumped onboard early on to absolutely trash the EP. Even collaborator ASUR had some choice words to say about Cloverdale. Watch the hilariously insulting, but somehow endearing promo video here.
