Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, released last year, is getting a new update. Operation Apocalypse Z is dropping tomorrow on PS4 (with other platforms to follow), bringing an all-new zombies experience to the game. And while plenty of artists have created tracks to the tune of a zombie apocalypse, it was Black Tiger Sex Machine who were featured in the promo for the update.
BTSM dropped their sophomore album New Worlds last year, including the track “Zombie” with Panther. It already has an apocalyptic atmosphere, so it fits in well with the CoD zombies motif.
Movie and game trailers soundtracked with EDM isn’t anything new, but any time it happens, we definitely feel a compulsion to highlight it and bring attention.
