[Premiere] Buku Drops “To Ya Brain” And Announces Thirty New Tour Dates For 2019

It’s pretty late in 2019 for an artist to be releasing their first track of the year, but when the wait is worth it, you don’t care about dates. Buku is starting 2019 off right in his own way with “To Ya Brain,” a wild and frenetic exercise in Buku’s own brand of bass music.

Often compared to Bassnectar, Liquid Stranger, and the like, Buku has managed to forge his own path in bass music with expertly crafted and wildly unique rhythms and basslines. “To Ya Brain” is only another example of this devotion to perfection and creativity, as it bounces back and forth between the speakers.

“To Ya Brain was a product of a heavy season of festivals and tour dates. I really wanted to present a vibe that tapped into all the wonderful crowds that I experienced. This vibe alongside my newer exploration in modular synthesis created a tune that has been an absolute joy to present to the dancers- which are the backbone to this crazy world of dance music.” – Buku

As much as this song was a product of touring, it’s also coincidentally coincides with the announcement of a slew of new tour dates from Buku. Kicking off in September, the four-month long tour will see support from fellow bass connoisseurs Zeke Beats, Esseks, FRQ NYC, Secret Recipe and sfam. The tour’s ‘Fan Club’ pre-sales will begin on Tuesday, May 28th and go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, May 31st.
