Mickey Kojak has quietly been releasing a ton of quality music over the past year. His covers of Daft Punk and Mac DeMarco helped to put him on my radar. He followed these covers up quickly with originals “Get Out” and “All That Acid”. Both received full adds on Australian radio station Triple J and for good reason. Now he’s delivered a 6 track EP that is full of indie electronic goodness.
Both of the previously mentioned tracks are included as well as his recent single “It’s Gonna Be Okay” ft. Jake Stone, and 2 previously unreleased originals. With one listen to the E you’ll see why he’s buzzing in Australia. I’m sure in no time the buzz with hit the US and you’ll start seeing him on tours and festival line ups.
