In this new episode, Andrew spills his guts about the sentiments that made “Closer” a smash. From the melody down to the lyrics, he explains how the song came to be. As he tells the story, he plays out the chords that became one of the most recognizable songs of our time. 
What’s funny is — he only played those particular notes together because he was working on a 25-key instrument. Some things are just meant to be.
