Most people have rave reviews of Marshmello‘s performance inside of Fortnite that took place over the weekend. However, he’s catching a little flak for saying the live virtual concert was the “first ever” of its kind.

Certainly, what Fortnite players witnessed this weekend has never happened to this scale — to this magnitude. Marshmello, along with Epic Games, made something special that a generation will remember for years to come.
Was it the first ever? No. Either way, history was made.
