Kicking 2019 off in style this week is Culture Shock, who returns to Andy C’s Ram Records with the immense ‘Take Control.’ This single is the fifth edition in his very own Sequence Series, and draws you in from the first couple of seconds.
A striking blend of female vocals, bubbling drums and a biting undercurrent of bass, ‘Take Control’ takes its time reaching its climax but is well worth it. Culture Shock had a highly successful 2018, going from remixing Camo & Krooked to having his stunning ‘There For You’ given the Hottest Record accolade by Radio 1 taste-maker Annie Mac.
