Ever since winning the ‘Best EP Release’ award at the 2015 Bass Music Awards, DJ and singer songwriter duo Koven have been continuing to fill the void where innovation has been needed in their niche. Coming hot off the hype of their Reality Reach EP, which released on Monstercat recently, the two artists are excited to bring to the table their brand new single “Never Have I Felt This,” released by the massive independent label NCS.
Suddenly, I have a newfound adoration for this type of melodic music. Huge bass and eclectic vocal chops are showing how fantastically the tones and energy are combined here. Carrying the expected cinematic vibes, their new song is nothing short of epic. It sounds like something you would expect to hear from Nero and Skrillex together.
