The tension-building progressions, full bodied drops, and emotional, breathy vocals work together to write a story to what sounds like a lover, but is really a substance. Not only is this track a memorable and unique representation of Jake’s artistry, but the lyrics also raise a stirring commentary on the impacts of today’s culture on our youth. Jake’s one-of-a-kind style paired with Kid Raiya’s emotive energy left us wanting more.
