Alesso will be the next artist to sign an exclusive global recording contract with Universal Music Group‘s exciting new 10:22 pm imprint.
Billboard Dance details the new partnership between UMG’s label and Shots Studios, the LA-based company Alesso is currently signed with. YouTube star Lele Pons has also linked up with 10:22 pm as a result of this shift.
Soon, Alesso will release his inaugural track on the label, as “Remedy” featuring Conor Maynard is set to drop this Friday. With this, a new music video.
“I always strive to create music that feels a year ahead, and ‘Remedy’ sounds like 2019 already to me,” Alesso says. “So launching the track and creating future progressive music, with such a progressive team is a perfect fit for me.”
Execs at Shots Studios describe Alesso’s work as “emotional, beautiful, and timeless” and “an experience unlike anything else.” We can’t wait to hear what the future holds for his next release and beyond. He has already promised his best music is yet to come.
