Doctor P’s “Yim Yam” is easily one of the most caustic releases from the UK artist, utilizing incredibly harsh synths and a wildly off-kilter rhythm that’s somewhere between dubstep and moombahton, often vascillating between the two.
Fortunately, Russian trio Teddy Killerz have come to even things out and provide a more balanced rhythm to the mix – and it’s all drum & bass, baby. With the solid foundation laid out by Doctor P, Teddy Killerz created a suspenseful build with a deliciously satisfying drop. It’s powerful and energetic, and demonstrates the best of both artists’ contribution to the final product.
