Birthdayy Partyy just transformed deadmau5‘s latest track “Monophobia” featuring Rob Swire into an untamed, bass house heater — and it’s available for free download right now.
The original is so exquisite it’s almost untouchable, but for those craving a harder “drop,” Birthday Partyy has you covered. The duo accentuates the original build before switching it up into a straight up party anthem, which stays true to their own style. If you want to have your cake and eat it too, then this is the remix for you.
Twin brothers Jon and Bryan hailing from Chicago have caught the attention of The Chainsmokers, Blasterjaxx and Kayliox, and have supported acts including Flux Pavilion, Joyryde, and Brohug. Their Spring Awakening set was a party in itself and there’s plenty more where that came from.
The two insist, “2018 is the year of the partyy!”
As for the remix, they went with their gut on this one. “Since there was no way we could make it sound like a mau5 track, we opted to add crunchy glitches inbetween the main motif for that old school electro house feel in a modern bass house style — with a Partyy twist of course.”
It’s always someone’s birthday, and today we can all be treated to a gift with this free download! Enjoy!
