In reality, it’s only been a little over a year since we’ve gotten new Flume, but it already feels way too long to go without new music from one of our favorite producers of all time. Thankfully, it seems that might be changing soon as Flume has shared a picture of him in some studio with frequent collaborators Baauer and KUČKA.
For most of 2018, Flume’s social media posts have been around lifestyle, pictures from far-away destinations or just him lounging in a pool on top of an inflated cactus. Occasionally we’d get glimpses at production: a laptop open with Ableton, or a picture of his new studio. But overall, we were left wondering what he was up to in between. 
There’s no rush for him to put out new music, nor is there any confirmation the picture below is referencing new tunes, but at this point we have to hope for the best.
