Deadmau5 Reveals New Music Video For “Monophobia” With Rob Swire

Last Friday, deadmau5 finally dropped his long-awaited second collaboration with Pendulum’s Rob Swire, “Monophobia,” on the new compilation album mau5ville: Level 1. Now, the song has gotten its own music video, courtesy of directors Nick DenBoer & Kenny Hotz, who give the video a Cool 3D World type of vibe.

The video opens with a steadicam moving along deadmau5’s home driveway as various computer generated sprites appear on screen, quickly demonstrating the strange vibe that the video carries throughout. Deadmau5 himself makes cameos from within his studio and at his garage, but otherwise the video focuses on the strange CGI creatures.
