As the investigation into rapper XXXTentacion’s murder goes on, more details continue to emerge.
Yesterday, 22-year-old Dedrick Devonshay Williams was arrested as a suspect in the murder of XXX, real name Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy. According to reports, the murder was determined to be premeditated, rather than the result of a robbery gone awry, as initially reported.
The SUV that witnesses report being at the scene apparently blocked Onfroy’s car as two people from the vehicle got out and demanded money. After a “brief struggle,” one of the men shot Onfroy and grabbed his bag before making their getaway.
It’s also been reported that Williams was caught on cameras at a local store purchasing a face mask prior to the murder.
