“Check This Out” is the freshest, most updated version of Marshmello’s signature sound. It’s playful per usual with the sole purpose of amusement, but rocks a serious edge. It’s a track that must be blasted, cranked up to the max to get the full effect. Mello certainly doesn’t hold back with his gritty, distorted bass, so why should you?
The producer’s newly released singles “Tell Me” and “Check This Out” both play out like throwback tracks, embracing those early Marshmello vibes that brought fans to love him in the first place. So far, it’s a strong follow up to his widely successful debut album Joytime and we can’t wait to hear more. Over the years, his distinct style has blossomed exponentially and this is the result.
