This year’s Stanley Cup was one of the most exciting in years, with the Washington Capitals making it to the finals for the first time in 20 years and the Las Vegas Knights making an appearance in their debut season; especially after the carnage of the Route 91 mass shooting last year, it was an emotional time. The game itself was also exciting, ending 4-3 and going to the Caps for a momentous win.
Since the finals were held in Las Vegas, there were plenty of opportunities for celebration and the Cup made its rounds all night. At one point, Washington Capitals player Alex Ovechkin brought the Cup on stage with him at Hakkasan Nightclub where Tiësto was spinning that night.
