Spring Awakening 2018 has unleashed its full schedule for this weekend, complete with set times and tons of the hottest acts in EDM. But, a totally stacked lineup with all this talent doesn’t come without its fair share of conflicts. Let’s jump right in!
Friday
Headliners Tiësto, Zeds Dead, Destructo, Gareth Emery and more are sure to steal the show, but there’s plenty of music to be heard all day long. SAMF kicks off the weekend right with sets from Mercer, Minnesota, AC Slater, Matoma and more. We’re beyond excited to hear some of Getter‘s new material, but we’ll have to sacrifice some other sets for him. Also, there’s a big cluster “F” when it comes to Alison Wonderland vs. Borgore, Tchami vs. Oliver Heldens, and Zeds Dead vs. Destructo. Lots of game time decisions will need to be made.
Saturday
Better get an early start if you want to catch Chicago natives Porn and Chicken, Black Tiger Sex Machine, LSDream and more. The silent disco looks mighty appealing, too — with upcoming talent like Super Future and IOTA it’s bound to get wild. We’re planning on making our way from 3LAU to NGHTMRE to Flux Pavilion, but ending the night is a little more difficult. Headliners Hardwell, Big Gigantic, Nicky Romero, Sasha & John Digweed & more will all be throwing down at the same time.
Sunday
There are loads of amazing acts to be seen on Spring Awakening’s final day — deadmau5, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Kaskade, Flux Pavilion b2b Doctor P and much more. Plus, lots of goodies early on in the day, with the most unmissable set for us being JOYRYDE. From there, Baauer, Seven Lions, Figure, just take your pick. Probably the biggest “upset” of the weekend comes with the Virtual Self time slot being traded out for a Porter Robinson DJ set due to “stage production issues.” But really, that’s nothing to be upset about.
