Friends of mine can attest to how hard it is to get me into this sort of jungle terror / Barong-type music, so when I say that “Vibrate” from Rawtek, Henry Fong, and IamStylezMusic bangs, you best believe I’m speaking the truth.
“Vibrate” is the lead single from the Barong Family EP out next week, and it’s easy to see why. The styles of Rawtek, Henry Fong, and IamStylezMusic work seamlessly together on this all-out banger that mixes typical jungle terror drums with more of a ragga style topline and huge party synths.
It’s impossibly hard to picture anyone standing still when this comes on. It’s not even that hard to see the most sheltered kids busting out the most tribal dances you’ve ever seen, the rhythm is just that universal.
