We’re always curious to know what Skrillex has been up to — and we get to hear just that with this new Lykke Li track.
This beautiful new single, “two nights” with Aminé, comes as part of a 2-pack Lykke Li release. Produced by Malay, Jeff Bhaskar and Jonny Coffer, the core credits don’t immediately mention Sonny Moore. However, it’s well known and can easily be heard that he offered additional production.
The Skrillex touch comes though subtly on this haunting track as Lykke Li delivers a simply stunning performance, only to be matched and perfectly balanced by Aminé. It’s nice to hear where exactly the Skrillex sound is at, even if we’re just offered little glimpses like here with “two nights.” 
Aside from last summer’s “Would You Ever” collaboration with Poo Bear and, more recently, “Goh” with What So Not, we’ve been deprived of Skrillex originals. For now, this will have to tide us over. Enjoy!
