With Insomniac announcing set times and unveiling the official app for EDC Las Vegas today, the lineups for the various art cars roaming around the grounds have also begun to roll out. We’ve already highlighted two stellar lineups from Trap Nation and Proximity, and now it’s Monstercat’s turn.
The two previously mentioned lineups definitely have enough talent between them to create a one-of-a-kind experience, but Monstercat aims to just do it at another level. There’s a good mix of every genre here, ranging from dubstep to hardstyle to indie dance to trance (-ish), and we’re willing to bet that you might not see a couple of these sets ever again.
Darren Styles and Gammer will go back to back for a hardcore extravaganza; if you’re waiting for this set, make sure you’re well rested and ready to dance without pause. Then there’s Lil Hank & Friends – if you’re not familiar with this adorable pooch, get familiar. And then the mack daddy of bass music B2Bs: Modestep b2b Fox Stevenson b2b Eliminate b2b Myro. Whoa. Finally to round things off, a unique Seven Lions back to back with Dimibo.
Monstercat is taking over the Kalliope Art Car on Saturday, May 19. Be sure to keep your eyes out!
