Ekali Lowkey Confirms Collaboration With 1788-L On Twitter

Ekali Do Lab Ekali Do Lab

A couple days ago, Ekali posted on Twitter that he’d been scrolling through SoundCloud, and all he was finding was “screech edm and diet porter Robinson songs” – so he did the sensible thing and asked his followers to send him that fire. One follower responded asking if new mystery electronic artist 1788-L qualified as “diet Porter Robinson.” Ekali answered back with a definitive, “No,” adding that he and 1788-L are in fact working on a track together.

The rise of 1788-L has been nothing if not astonishing, already putting out collaborations with 4AM and Blanke, and confirming collaborations with Rezz and Illenium & Said The Sky. With Ekali, and who knows who else, now in 1788-L’s corner, the possibilities of further collaborations become endless.

Ekali has already shown his own prowess in working at collaborative tracks, with the likes of Zhu and Medasin behind him. Working with 1788-L should prove to be another feather in his cap, especially with how fast both artists are blowing up across the board.

We have no idea what this sounds like, or if it’s even finished yet, but you can bet that the second we know something, you will, too.

Check out the forthcoming collab with Illenium & Said The Sky below.
