Last night, the sixth annual fan-voted Radio Disney Music Awards announced their nominations for the upcoming music awards, and two of EDM’s biggest and brightest in Marshmello and Zedd both received multiple nominations outside of the Best Dance Track category.
Marshmello led the way in EDM with four nominations including: The Bestest – Song of the Year, #SQUADGOALS – Fiercest Fans, The Buzz – Breakout Artist of the Year, and naturally, When The Beat Drops! – Best Dance Track. He scooped up the first nomination on “Wolves,” his collaboration with Selena Gomez, while “Silence” with Khalid nabbed him the nomination for Best Dance Track.
Zedd also collected three nominations, thanks to his hit record “The Middle” with Maren Morris and Grey. The smash record landed him nominations for Song of the Year, Best Dance Track and, Mashup! – Best Collaboration.
