Avicii has taken over. Currently, Sweden’s Top 20 on Spotify boasts some of the late producer’s best work in the wake of his unexpected death. Right now, you can find Avicii’s name on 13 of the top 20 tracks, and 9 of the top 10.
“Without You,” one of his most recent hits, finds itself at the top. Followed by “Wake Me Up,” “Levels,” “Waiting For Love,” “Hey Brother,” “Lonely Together” featuring Rita Ora,” and “The Nights,” the producer controls the top 7 spots on the chart. Skip over number 8, and Avicii reappears with “For A Better Day” and “Broken Arrows” to round out the top 10.
“You Be Love,” “The Days,” “You Make Me” and “Addicted To You” also show up on Sweden’s Top 20 via Spotify. It’s hard to believe how many hits Avicii has until you’re staring them down on a prestigious list like this one. 
What’s more — Avicii is popping up on the Global Top 50 chart on Spotify. Currently, 10 of these tracks are sitting at the top globally. “Wake Me Up” and “Levels” currently hold the 4th and 5th spots, with over 4.8 million and 4.4 million daily streams respectively (and counting).
As of today, Avicii has 23,703,006 monthly listeners. This is up from the 17,775,268 monthly listeners that he had as soon as the news of his death broke. With nearly a 6 million listener increase on Spotify alone, it’s very clear that Avicii had a massive impact all around the world.
