Mysterious trap producer Shöckface joins forces with Philadelphia-based producer and DJ, Brainrack for an experimental trap heater, “Felony” out now on Swisted Selections.
From tight percussion to rolling basslines, Shöckface’s signature screeching industrial synths and distorted vocal chops make for a sonically pleasing collaboration with Brainrack. Felony is bound to be a definite mainstay for DJ’s not only playing this years festival circuit, but also for DJ’s throwing down at the local basement shows.
Undoubtedly one of the most complicated feats to pull off in electronic music is carving out and forming a niche sound via boundary pushing production, Shöckface & Brainrack nail that to a tee on their latest experimental trap record “Felony,” which is out now everywhere.
