Part of the dangers of allowing independent retailers to sell via your website, like Amazon does, is that sometimes, something like this happens…
Clothes being sold by an independent retailer allegedly from Estonia have had to be pulled from the website after outcry from parents and people with common sense. The garments made satire of Coca-Cola’s slogan “Enjoy Coke” and instead wrote “Enjoy Cocaine.” This would not have been as much of an issue had the clothes been marketed to adults, but they were being sold on children’s clothing, including babygrows and bibs.
The solid white curved line below the text has also been replaced with a white ‘powder’ version.
Various customers left comments on the Amazon UK Facebook page calling out the retailer for allowing items like these to go on sale in the first place.
The items have since been pulled from circulation by Amazon.
