Coachella’s EDM tent Sahara has seen some truly massive acts perform over the years including Martin Garrix, Dillon Francis, Steve Angelo, Marshmello, Galantis and more all performing at just last year’s alone. Now with EDM’s explosion into the mainstream, it looks like it’s time for the tent to expand – something it last did in 2013.
The structure will be expanded a further 25% to accommodate the growing number of EDM fans who flock to the Sahara tent and will also be moved from its long-time home near the rose garden at Empire Polo Club to Eldorado Polo Club which sits next door.
As of now, the Coachella schedule has yet to be released but based on the expanded size and lineup, which has been released, acts like Alan Walker, Alison Wonderland, Illenium Kygo, Louis The Child, ODESZA, San Holo, REZZ and more.
