Having put out a new remix for Zeds Dead and Illenium just last week, Dr. Ozi returns with the second track from his Vital EP, forthcoming on Never Say Die.
While all the tracks from the EP interested me for premiere, “BLT” stood out to me for two reasons: I love BLTs, and it has a gratuitous amount of cowbell.
No, but seriously, “BLT” has some of the most interesting arrangement on the EP, from the very first wonky drop to the admittedly awesome use of cowbell. MagMag’s vocals on the mix are also perfectly fitting for the tone and vibe, giving it that extra bit of grit.
