Yesterday, Datsik announced that he was taking himself off of all future tour dates and festival lineups for the foreseeable future – this included Electric Forest, where he’d been scheduled to play on the second weekend.
In light of the scheduling update, Jauz, who was already scheduled to play the first weekend, has been added to the second weekend as well.
Electric Forest is thrilled to welcome @Jauzofficial for both weekends of #EF2018 – just added to close out Second Weekend's @Bassrush Curated Event on Tripolee.

Jauz was also one of the first to tweet about the Datsik controversy on Wednesday, speaking about respect and “what goes around comes around.” That tweet has since been deleted, and Jauz explains the motives behind that decision.
Gonna take down my tweet from yesterday. Regardless of the fact that I meant what I said, I don’t feel good about how I said it. This situation is fucked up on so many levels and I don’t personally feel like what I said adds anything but more unnecessary negative energy

What we all should be focusing on is providing awareness, love and support as a community to anyone who is affected in this situation. We should be proving that electronic music is really a home for people to feel safe and free to be themselves

Everyone is aware of the situation, you don’t need my two cents to draw your own conclusions. People should be held accountable and that’s happened. Enough is enough. The focus should now be on how we make our community a place where things like this don’t happen anymore

You can call me a coward or whatever you want, I don’t really care. This situation effects SO many peoples lives, so many more than you can see on the face of this, and I refuse to be part of fueling the flames anymore. My heart goes out to everyone hurting during these times
