Datsik’s Management, Label & Booking Agency Drop Him

More bad news for Datsik.

Following the announcement earlier this morning that he had cancelled all remaining tour dates, it seems that his management, booking agency, and label have all parted ways with him.

Datsik has been managed by Deckstar and booked by Circle Talent for years, but his name is no longer on either company’s roster.

Firepower Records, the label he founded, issued an official statement.

Deckstar commented on the situation, as well.

“In light of recent allegations that have come forth, we have decided to sever our relationship with Datsik at this time.  Although we lack concrete information to confirm or deny these allegations, the nature and volume of the accusations demand swift and decisive action.  We have always held ourselves and clients to the highest standards and believe that at this time it is in the best interest of our company and staff to move on. “

Circle has provided the following statement.

“In light of recent allegations, Circle Talent Agency, effective immediately, has severed all ties with Datsik.”

Additionally, though this is just speculation at this point, we assume that the lineup just announced for Bass Canyon in Washington, which features a headlining performance from Excision b2b NGHTMRE, would have originally been Excision b2b Datsik before yesterday’s allegations came to light.

  1. Such a shame. Datsik was a great producer, and an equally amazing DJ. Seeing him do this does not make me angry as much as it does disappointed. He let his whole fanbase down and, while I will continue to listen to his music, I’m glad that Firepower did what needed to be done.

  2. Interesting how Sharra is taking over but they also don’t mention how Sharra is his gf, and how she’s the one who he directed the, “rape is just a struggle snuggle,” tweet to.

  3. If Troy really did this then I’m seriously disgusted! You have always supported what we do in this political music industry but I do not condone the things that may or may not have happened. Scene girls who mess with 2 many substances should be taken care of and taken home, they shouldn’t be taken advantage of. You are or were a legend Datsik and built an empire but it’s completely crumbling due to this! Damn homie the FAM here in SD held you down and then this… like G I’m speechless. You need to call some people from San Diego and explain some stuff

  4. Her: Oh, gurl. That young DJ is foine! I’m gonna get wid him. He gonna be all up in dis.
Friend: Yas queenm get that D.
Her: Hey DJ. you can get dis.
    Him: ok
    Her: He sexually assaulted me.
    Him: :'(
    Her: $$$
