The day of reckoning has finally come for disgraced criminal Martin Shkreli, as he’s been ordered to give up his one-of-a-kind copy of Wu Tang Clan‘s Once Upon a Time in Shaolin.
He originally paid $2 million for the record at auction in 2015. Since then he’s attempted to sell it, even threatened to destroy it, but now it’s being taken away for good. Federal judges have reportedly ordered Shkreli to forfeit $7,360,450 worth of his personal assets, including the famed album and potentially other collectable items including Lil Wayne‘s unreleased Tha Carter V record and a Picasso painting, plus $5 million dollars.
In 2017, Shkreli was convicted of securities fraud and conspiracy to commit both securities fraud and wire fraud, on three of eight total charges. Prosecutors say he took stock from his biotechnology firm Retrophin to pay unrelated debts. He’s also infamously known for hiking the price of Daraprim, a drug used by AIDS and cancer patients, from $13.50 to $750 for a single pill. 
Shkreli faces a maximum of 20 years in jail — which could boil down to just 12 to 18 months and community service. He currently awaits his sentencing, which is set for March 9th.
