It was an exciting surprise to see Skrillex make a cameo in Disney‘s animated film Wreck-It Ralph in 2012 and apparently the DJ/producer is back for more!
Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 is in the works and it looks as though Skrillex is taking on his DJ role yet again. Disney Animation just shared a photo of the producer chilling with some of the life-sized characters and the speculation has officially begun.
“Skrillex was the perfect artist to bring his sound to the frenetic world of Hero’s Duty — it was awesome to get the chance to work with him!” Disney Animation shares in the recent Tweet. 
Hero’s Duty refers to a fictional first-person shooter game featured on the first Wreck-It Ralph movie.

Skrillex didn’t just make a cameo in the first Wreck-It Ralph flick, his song “Bug Hunt” (Noisia Remix) was even featured on the film’s soundtrack. So, is this a sure sign that Skrillex will return to the big screen in his animated form for round 2?
We’ll have to wait and see… Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 has a release date set for November 21, 2018.
