Ultra is celebrating 20 marvelous years in 2018 — and the flagship music festival in Miami has a special way of commemorating the milestone!
Of course, the 20th installment of Ultra Miami will be one for the books. But with the event just over a month out, the #20YearsOfUltra movement is kicking off with an all new video series.
Episode 1 goes back in time to 1999, back when hearing EDM was rare, rave culture was brand new, and events like Ultra Miami only traveled by word-of-mouth. Kandi, glow sticks, and the word “Plur” were all used regularly. It was a completely different world than what it is nowadays.
