Rumors from earlier this month that Destructo, aka Gary Richards, the founder and ex-CEO of HARD Events, was creating a new festival cruise under his new job title at LiveStyle seem to have been verified last night in Brooklyn. During a performance at Output, which featured a guest appearance from Busta Rhymes, Destructo confirmed that a new cruise was coming.
According to those in attendance, Richards indicated the trip would be dubbed “Friend Ship.” Perhaps a little on the nose, but it aligns with the website he’s been promoting since the beginning of the year, AllMyFriends.com.
The website also now specifies All My Friends as a music festival under the top banner, where before there was nothing in that space.
Still no information on an event time or place, but we assume that will be coming sooner than later. For now, just knowing that Gary is working on something new gets us all in a tizzy.
